Brewed in the traditional style with Belgian and Anglo-Saxon influences. The beer takes its name from the water in the Jura, which is used for the production of the beers. The types of farmpen used give this beer a clear and fruity bitterness. It owes its amber color to the partial use of caramelized malt.
