Aged beer, with a strong and intense flavor. To the sight it is dark red, almost brown; to the nose one perceives strong malty notes. Before being considered ready, the B2F Old Ale must rest for many months in the cool of our brewery. This long maturation (or aging) allows the malt and hop flavors to blend into a unique, refined and persistent taste. As we say in Cantillon (Belgium): “time does not respect what is done without it”.
