Initiated in 2018 by the two “Doctors”, Dr. Brauwolf in Zurich and Dr. Gab’s in Puidoux (VD), the vocation of the Röstigraben beer series is to build bridges over the different barriers that can be found in Switzerland. Beyond what divides us, our Röstigraben beers speak of what unites us!
