After selecting the best yeast from our friends at @levatura, we finally decided to release this Berliner Weisse. “Very light in alcohol (2.5 to 3%), dark yellow in color and slightly cloudy, it is characterized by its acidity, its lack of residual sweetness and its high gas content.” You will have understood it, do not expect an over-hopped hoppy beer but rather something a little acidic and with of course notes of apricots!
