In our Röstigraben series, the 2022 edition is again a collaboration between three Swiss breweries: 7 Peaks, Dr. Brauwolf and Dr. Gab’s. A special focus is put on oats (malted), an essential ingredient of our national birchermüesli. And we haven’t forgotten chocolate (in the form of cocoa beans) to complete this aperitif version of your breakfast (or the other way around, the choice is yours). Prost & Cheers!
