Mosaic IPA is an American influenced India Pale Ale. This bitter beer takes its name from the hops used to make it; the Mosaic. This hop gives the beer a long bitterness as well as aromas of lychee and other tropical fruits. It was notably voted best beer at the 2017 Artisa’malt festival.
