Our Apricot and Blackcurrant Seasons are now ready after having spent 18 months on the noble boards of our Riesling and Pinot Noir barrels in the presence of Brettanomyces selected for each of the editions of these “old seasons”. A product full of maturity that will reflect the know-how imported from the flat country.
