A beer with organic malt and a fraction of raw barley providing pleasant cereal notes. A unique variety of organic hops (Cascade, VD) well known for its citrus aromas. To reinforce and enhance these citrusy ester characteristics, two yeasts living in symbiosis are used in this beer: “French Season” and Westvleteren 12 yeast (the same as Westmalle).
