This beer inherited its name from a charming little river which, emerging from the rocks in a small cove, flows a few hundred meters further into its big sister the Suze, at the entrance of Cormoret, a small village in the Bernese Jura. Brewed with a special blend of wheat and barley malt, this cloudy beer has been flavored with spices reminiscent of the South and summer.
